You receive ongoing access to the materials and updates for the lifetime of the course. If a course is retired, we provide 90 days of continued access and a suggested alternative.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. After completing all modules and passing the final review checklist, you can download a verifiable certificate of completion.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund for individual courses if you haven’t completed more than 25% of the content. Team purchases follow contract terms.
